Dr. Paul Hegstrom, founder of Life Skills International conducted a 3-day workshop entitled, “THE NEW YOU—Keys to Healing a Hurting Heart”. He presented new, relevant research on the brain and how it affects our choices, thoughts, and behaviors. Dr. Hegstrom is author of: “Angry Men and the Women Who Love Them” and “Broken Children—Grow-Up Pain”.

Dr. Sigurd Zielke, Clinical Specialist from Fairbanks Hospital in Indianapolis, IN, conducted a se minar July 17th about “Kids Without Conscience”. Dr. Zielke, a Clinical Specialist for Fairbanks Hospital in Indianapolis, co-authored “Suicidal Youth and the School: An Educator’s Guide in 1994. In 2001, videotapes were made of Dr. Zielke’s lectures, “Helping the Angry Child and Disturbed Attachment”.
