Multicultural Tales Camille's repertoire includes tales from many lands and cultures, and different genres as well. Sessions and concerts can contain a mix of these, or be centered round a theme, such as How & Why Tales, Tales of Wisdom and Justice or familiar folk tales. Story presentations can be centered around your chosen theme. Living History Presentation For over 10 years, Camille has been delighting Girl Scout audiences with her living history presentation of Juliette Gordon Low, the founder of Girl Scouting in the U.S. Presented while wearing a replica of the 1919 leader's uniform, stories of Daisy's personal life - from childhood through the founding of the first Girl Scout Troop - are brought alive. Presentations can be fitted to your theme and audience - from questions and answer periods to information about activities of the first Girl Scout troops, and can include a Power Point presentation. Personal Stories Suitable for adults, Camille has a few well chosen stories of incidents from her own life which will make you laugh. Special Presentations Besides "A Rocking Chair and a Trunk: Unlikely Symbols of Freedom" Camille is always working on storytelling presentations centered around historic events or times that will be suitable for classroom use or as entertainment for organizational and corporate meetings. Please contact Camille for more information. |
